Martin Penn CEng FRAeS
Martin is an aeronautical engineer, with a background covering rotary and fixed wing aircraft as well as the lighter-than-air domain. Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and has served on Council, the Professional Standards Board, the Accreditation Committee and the End Point Assessment Standards Panel.
Martin sits on the Engineering Council’s International Advisory Panel and has been a Liaison Officer for the Institute of Measurement and Control and the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is involved with the International Engineering Alliance and has completed monitoring reviews on behalf of the Washington Accord and the International Professional Engineers Agreement.
He is also a Trustee of the Airship Heritage Trust and looks forward to offering his experience to the enhancement and development of engineering as a profession and the underpinning professional standards.
