David Titmas
Head of Data and Communications
David was appointed in May 2024 to establish a new Data & Communications department for the Engineering Council, bringing together the organisation's registration, IT and marketing & communications functions.
He aims to make the most of digital, data and technology to deliver and enhance our regulatory work, strengthen our leadership role and grow a more diverse and engaged registrant population.
David brings 20 years’ experience of marketing, communications and digital development in a variety of voluntary sector organisations, including Carers UK, King’s College Hospital Charity and the National Children’s Bureau.
